LeBron Raymone James (born December 30, 1984) is an American professional basketball player for the Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was a high school phenom and named "The Chosen One" by Sports Illustrated before making his professional debut in 2003. James played at St. Vincent–St. Mary High School in his hometown Akron, Ohio, where he was highly promoted in the national media as a future NBA superstar. After graduating, he was selected by the Cleveland Cavaliers with the first overall pick in the 2003 NBA draft. In 2011, James left Cleveland for Miami in a highly publicized free agency decision.

Kevin Wayne Durant (born September 29, 1988) is an American professional basketball player for the Oklahoma City Thunder of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played one year of college basketball for the University of Texas, where he won numerous year-end awards including national player of the year. Durant was selected with the second overall pick in the 2007 NBA draft by the Seattle SuperSonics. After four seasons with Seattle, he was traded to Oklahoma City Thunder in 2008.

Derrick Martell Rose (born October 4, 1988) is an American professional basketball player who plays for the Chicago Bulls of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He attended Simeon Career Academy in Chicago, Illinois, where he was a teammate of fellow NBA player Jabari Parker. Rose was drafted first overall by his hometown Chicago Bulls in 2008. At age 22, Rose became the youngest MVP ever voted on to an All-Star game during his 2010–11 MVP season.
5. Blake Griffin:
Blake Austin Griffin (born March 16, 1989) is an American professional basketball player who currently plays for the Los Angeles Clippers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Griffin played college basketball for two seasons at Oklahoma before being selected by the Clippers with the first overall pick in the 2009 NBA draft. He was named the NBA Rookie of the Year, and is also a five-time NBA All-Star.

He has been selected to nine NBA All-Star teams, winning four All-Star Game Most Valuable Player Awards. He is a nine-time member of the All-NBA Team and he won an NBA championship with the Knicks in 2013.

James Edward Harden Jr. (born August 26, 1989) is an American professional basketball player for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for Arizona State, where he was named a consensus All-American and Pac-10 Player of the Year in 2009. Harden was selected with the third overall pick in the 2009 NBA draft by the Oklahoma City Thunder. In 2012, he was named NBA Sixth Man of the Year with the Thunder and helped lead them to the NBA Finals. He was traded to Houston in 2012.

Kyrie Andrew Irving (born March 23, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for the Brooklyn Nets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He was selected first overall by the Cleveland Cavaliers in the 2011 NBA draft. A six-time NBA All-Star, Irving was named the NBA Rookie of the Year after his debut season and later led the Cavaliers to their first NBA Championship in 2016. He won gold medals as a member of the U.S. national team at the 2014 and 2016 Summer Olympics.
