2. Proof of Qualifications.

A completed application form must be submitted along with the necessary documents for consideration of the work permit request.
4. Proof of Financial Resources.

5. Health Insurance.
Every foreign employee must have health insurance coverage for the duration of their stay in Malta.
6. Authentication of Documents.
All documents submitted as part of the work permit application must be authenticated and notarized by authorized Maltese authorities.
7. Processing Fees.
Applicants are also required to pay all applicable processing fees before the application can be considered for approval.
