Chelios played for 26 seasons in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Montreal Canadiens, Chicago Blackhawks, Detroit Red Wings, and Atlanta Thrashers. Chelios is one of the oldest players to ever play in the NHL, as well as the only player to have played in over 1,000 NHL games.
