Passports, visa documents, plane tickets or e-tickets, travel insurance, and photocopies of all important documents like driver’s licenses, credit cards, and passports. It is very important to make photocopies of these items in case any are lost or stolen.

A small amount of local currency, cash and ATM cards, money belt, or pouch for storing important documents/cash securely.
3. Clothes
Weather-appropriate clothing that can be layered easily such as shirts, pants, jackets, hats, shoes, and other items according to the climate of the destination.
4. Travel Aids
Luggage tags, luggage locks (if checked baggage is being taken), flashlights, a travel pillow, and other items that will help make the journey comfortable and convenient.
5. Gadgets
Phone charger, external battery pack to charge phones on the go, camera equipment, headphones, laptop, and other personal electronics.
6. Toiletries
Toothbrush, toothpaste, face wash, shampoo/conditioner (if you’re staying at a hotel), body lotion/sunscreen, makeup, and other necessary items.
7. Medicines/First-Aid kit
Prescription medication, over-the-counter medicines such as painkillers or cold medicine, bandages, antiseptic wipes, and other first aid items that may be needed while traveling.
