1. Passport:
Make sure to have your passport ready prior to the trip, and keep it in a safe place while traveling. You should make sure that your passport is valid for at least six months from the date of your return from your 3-day trip. Additionally, if you are going out of the country, make sure that you have the appropriate visas.
2. Tickets/Reservations:
Make sure to keep all your tickets and reservation confirmations in one place so you don’t lose them when you are traveling. Consider taking a digital copy of your ticket/reservation details with you as well, either on your phone or printed out.
3. Wallet:
It is always wise to bring a small wallet that can contain cards and cash for the duration of the trip without having to carry around an entire purse or bag with you everywhere you go.
4. Money:
Have enough money available for the length of the trip so that if any unexpected expenses arise, they can be taken care of quickly and easily. Make sure to bring a variety of payment options such as cash, debit/credit cards, traveler’s check, etc.
5. Phone and charger:
Always have your phone charged and ready at all times in case you need to make any calls or contact anyone during the trip. Additionally, it is wise to have your cell phone carrier back home provide international services if you are traveling abroad.
6. Sunscreen:
This is an essential item for a 3-day trip especially when visiting warm climates. Make sure to pack enough sunscreen for all the days so that you don’t end up getting sunburned.
7. Hat:
Bringing along a hat is a great way to protect yourself from the sun, but it also helps to keep you cool when temperatures rise.
8. Sunglasses:
Not only do sunglasses look stylish, they are also essential for protecting your eyes from the sun’s harmful UV rays and reduce glare while out in the sun.
9. Toothbrush and toothpaste:
Don’t forget to pack these items! Always remember to bring a spare toothbrush just in case you need one at any point during the trip.
10. Shampoo and conditioner:
These will be needed if you are looking to maintain good hygiene during your 3-day trip. Look for travel size bottles so that they won’t take up too much space in your bag or suitcase.
11. Soap or body wash:
This is an important item to bring along, especially if you are planning on showering during the trip. Look for travel size bottles of soap and body wash so that they don’t take up too much space in your bag.

Bring at least one towel with you for each day of the trip for showering and swimming. Don’t forget to pack extra towels if needed.
14. PJs/Sleepwear:
For a comfortable night’s sleep, consider bringing some comfy PJs or sleepwear that you can slip into after a long day of sightseeing. Choose items that are lightweight and breathable to prevent overheating during the night.
15. Clothing for 3 days:
Last but not least, bring enough clothes for each day of your trip. Make sure to plan ahead so that you have plenty of options in case the weather changes unexpectedly. Pack garments that are wrinkle-proof or quick drying if possible.
