Develop strategies for expressing yourself effectively, such as using different tones of voice, being direct and clear with your message, or repeating what other people have said to ensure understanding.
5. Increase verbal communication.
Practice using different words and phrases to express yourself.
6. Increase nonverbal communication.
Practice using facial expressions and gestures to express yourself.
