5. Project Management:
An effective project management process is important in order to ensure that all members of the team understand their roles and responsibilities within the project lifecycle. This includes setting clear goals up front, establishing milestones throughout the process, assigning tasks appropriately, tracking progress regularly through meetings or reports, providing feedback on work done so far and making sure everyone is following deadlines.
