1. Log in to the employee self service system:
This step requires employees to enter their username and password into a login screen. Once logged in, employees can view their personal information, pay stubs, and tax information.
2. View your pay stub and tax information:
Employees can access this information by clicking on the "Paycheck" tab on the main self service page. Here employees can see an overview of their pay, deductions, and taxes. They can also download a PDF of their most recent pay stub.
3. Update your contact information:
Employees can update their contact information by clicking on the "Profile" tab and then on the "Contact Information" link. Here they can update their name, address, phone number, and email address.
4. Review your direct deposit preferences:
Employees can review their direct deposit preferences by clicking on the "Direct Deposit" tab under the "Paycheck" section. They can see what bank account is currently linked to their payroll account and change it if necessary. They can also specify how much of their paycheck they want deposited into each account.
5. Enroll in or update your 401k plan:
Employees can enroll in or update their 401k plan by clicking on the " Benefits" tab and then on the "401k Plans" link. Here they will find information about the different types of 401k plans offered by the company and how to sign up for one.
6. Manage your vacation time:
Employees can manage their vacation time by clicking on the "Vacation/Time Off" tab under the "Benefits" section. This page shows how many vacation days they have available to them and how many they have used so far this year. It also allows employees to request time off and submit time sheet approvals.
7. Review and approve timesheets:
Employees can review and approve timesheets by clicking on the "Timesheets" tab under the "Work" section. This page shows a list of all current timesheets along with due dates and approval statuses .Employees can click on a timesheet to view its details or approve it.
8. Access company news and announcements:
Employees can access company news and announcements by clicking on the "News/Announcements" tab under the "Work" section .This page lists all recent company news and announcements .Employees can read articles, watch videos, or listen to audio recordings about the company and their role.
9. View your W-4 withholding:
Employees can view their W-4 withholding information by clicking on the "W-4 Withholding" tab under the "Paycheck" section. This page displays their current withholding rate and provides a form where they can make changes to it.
10. Request changes to your benefits plan:
Employees can request changes to their benefits plan by clicking on the "Benefits" tab under the "Work" section. Here they will find information about available plans and how to make modifications or cancellations .It also allows employees to add dependents or change coverage levels if necessary.
11. Register for training courses offered by the company:
Employees can register for training courses offered by the company by clicking on the "Training" tab under the "Work" section. This page provides a list of upcoming courses with descriptions, dates, and registration forms .Employees can review available courses and sign up for them online.
