1. Clothing
Pack enough clothing for the duration of your trip. Consider weather conditions and activities you’ll be doing to determine what type of clothing to bring. Make sure to include extra items like socks and underwear so you don’t have to do laundry during your visit.
2. Toiletries
Include all of your personal hygiene items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, and conditioner. It’s also a good idea to bring along facial cleansers, toners, and moisturizers.
3. Accessories
Don’t forget to bring along some accessories such as sunglasses, jewelry, hats, and scarves. This can help you look stylish when going out for a night on the town.
4. Electronics
Bring your laptop, tablet, and camera along with the necessary charging cables. Don’t forget to bring any audio equipment or headphones you’ll need as well.
5. Important Documents
Make sure to bring copies of your passport, driver’s license, and any other important documents you may need for your trip.
6. Medication & First Aid Kit
Pack your medications and any over-the-counter items you may need while traveling. You should also have a basic first aid kit with bandaids, antiseptic cream, painkillers, and other essentials.
7. Hygiene Products & Towels
Bring all types of hygiene products such as soap, body wash, deodorant, razors, and lotion. If you’re staying at a hotel, they may provide towels but it’s still wise to bring your own just in case.
8. Snacks & Water Bottle
Pack some snacks and a reusable water bottle so you have something to eat and drink when hunger strikes.
9. Entertainment Items
If you’ll have long periods of downtime, bring some books, magazines, or another form of entertainment to keep yourself occupied. If you plan on using your phone or tablet for this purpose, make sure it’s fully charged before you leave home.
